A lovely quality deep bowl from the Coxwold Pottery of Peter & Jill Dick. Impressed with pottery mark. This bowl is earthenware and most probably was fired in their oil-fired kiln.

Porecelain, celadon glaze
A small bowl (sugar bowl) by the late great Derek Emms. Beautifully thrown and finished. Incised pattern typical of Derek's stye on the inside of the bowl. Impressed with the maker's personal mark.

A very large and tall jug by David Frith. This jug is a relatively early piece. Grey glaze with wiped pattern. Impressed df personal mark and dfp for David Frith Pottery which dates the jug pre 1975.

A good yunomi, creamware glaze with slip trailed decoration and iron pours. Impressed personal mark, There is a slight making blemish to the rim which is sealed with glaze.

A classic teabowl by the sadly missed Patrick Sargent. The mark of a great artist is that his or her work should be instantly recognisable and with Patrick as with other great potters like Batterham, Hamada and Bowen it is the case. The deep and large teabowl just could not be by any other than Sargent.

A beautiful slip decorated bowl by possibly the best slipware decorator in Britain. Mary has the most wonderful flowing style and simple earthy subject matter. There is a real feel of Toft about her work. Stunning!
