Peter Swanson


The yunomi PS3 is an "Ame Glaze" the stone dust used to make this glaze is from a quarry in Cornwall.

Beech-ash glaze with copper red
Peter has just completed construction of a wood-fired anagama type kiln. He intends to fire before the end of this year. Oakwoodceramics are very much looking forward to exhibiting work from this new kiln early in 2006.
Chawan:
A good teabowl, glazed with glaze made from Wheat-straw ash.
