Chest of Drawers
This is a wonderful model by Ian. Ian first made models in the 70's, one of his Chest of Drawers can be seen in the V&A contemporary ceramics collection and is illustrated in 'Studio Pottery' by Oliver Watson, published by Phaidon, the standard work about the collection.
This Chest of drawers is a new one off piece by Ian using what Ian reefers to as an high fired earthenware body. The glaze is after the sancai glaze of the Tang Dynasty.
